Howard R Tarnoff (HRT) has over 40 years  toy industry experience.  He has worked in corporate management and independently as a consultant and inventor.  His experiences include project management, product development, licensing & contracting and team building.  He is a creative thinker able to offer a variety of solutions to any task.
